We have a one-time exchange policy for size issues. Returns are not allowed. The exchange request has to be made within 24 hours of the order delivery to us at info@kavashop.in with the order number.

In case of damaged/ defective goods, a complaint needs to be raised within 24 hours of delivery with the order number and pictures of the product at info@kavashop.in. After assessing the product, the refund will be initiated in 2-3 business days and should be reflected in your account within 24 hours after the initiation. Please note all returns & exchanges are subject to a shipping fee (usually around Rs 120 to Rs 180).
